A little bit of an annoying thing with Jarvan's dash is when Amumu grabs onto Jarvan when he starts his lance thrust, Amumu will be left where Jarvan was and his stun will wear off over the duration of the dash, completely almost completely negating it.

That's how Amumu always has been. If, say, he hits a Graves mid-dash he will go to where Graves was when the Bandage Toss hit.
