You know how he is always analyzing how stuff is constructed through his vision? It would be really cool if his ult extended every time he proc'd his passive. It would add a lot more fun to his game play and allow him to get those stragglers running for their lives.

Good idea. I don't know if he would still be balanced but Vel'Koz needs a small buff right now. He's a little weak statistically.
