@RIOT Why revert Elise buffs? B/c of the Runic buff? She was struggling before you changed it.

No reason to revert the buffs just because runic echos gain more AP, she isn't lacking damage. She shouldn't wait two more patches to be viable.

i'm so tired of riot not caring about elise. the runic echoes buff won't be enough to help her be kinda relevant.

It's fine for them to wait on the damage buff, I can see not wanting to double-buff a champ, but they should've kept the movement speed buff tbh. AP increase on echoes =/= movespeed buff for elise.
