For all of its premade issues, let's be real...

Dynamic queue is empirically better than previous ranked. I take both being able to play with less than 5 friends/duo with no disadvantage, and basically always get my role (if you can only play ONE role, you prolly shouldn't be in ranked), plus distributed bans... I think it's safe to say that it IS better. To address the premade problem, IMO they should just bring back the MMR penalty (i . e. your opponents are better) when you play with friends, just by not as much. I do think that it is good to incentivize people to play with friends, and all though the new system goes too far, it is most definitely better.

How can you say that it is better when the system will allow for greater skewing of player's rankings compared to their skill level? The sole reason a "ranked" mode should exist is to provide a model by which players can be compared based upon their skill. How are you supposed to rate the skill level of a person who only queues with two or three or four people who are significantly better than them?

This is arguable. A player should be judged, like the pros are, by the champs they play best. Additionally, it's objectively more fun. Also, let's be real - most premades aren't 5 guys super strategizing together in a room, they're just some people on skype, and if you use pings well it doesn't actually make TOO much of a difference.
