What is Xin Zhao's Niche? Eliminate one target then proceed to the next. Focus on only one person at a time, no matter how many people there are. This kit represents and amplifies that.
Passive - Demacian Valor
Xin Zhao's basic attacks on enemy champions mark them as the focus.
When additional enemy champions are around, Xin Zhao takes 5/7.5/10% reduced damage from enemy champions that are not the focus (Levels 1/7/14) (Max 20/30/40% dmg reduction)
Q - Three Talon Strike | 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Second Cooldown after Third Cast | 50 Mana
First Cast - Xin Zhao stabs in a line, stopping on the first enemy champion hit, dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+0.55 AD) Physical Damage.
Second Cast - Xin Zhao stabs in a line, stopping on the first enemy champion hit, dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+0.55 AD) Physical Damage.
Third Cast - Xin Zhao sweeps his spear on the ground in a cone, knocking up all enemies hit for 1 second and slowing them by 50/55/60/65/70%, decaying over 1.5 seconds after the knockup ends.
Three Talon Strike deals 100% bonus damage to minions, and the first 2 casts apply on hit effects versus champions.
The cooldown between casts scales with Xin Zhao's current attack speed.
W - Demacian Determination | 20/18/16/14/12 Second Cooldown | 40/45/50/55/60 Mana
Xin Zhao gains 30/35/40/45/50% attack speed and 6/7/8/9/10% lifesteal for 5 seconds.
These bonuses are doubled against the focused champion.
E - Spear Sprinting | 18/17/16/15/14 Second Cooldown | 70 Mana
Xin Zhao dashes in a direction, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+1.1 Bonus AD) damage and knocking back the first enemy champion hit.
If Xin Zhao dashes through the focus, he does not stop or knock them back, and instead reduces their armor by 5/10/15/20/25% for 5 seconds.
R - Grand Arena | 160/140/120 Second CD | 100 Mana
Xin Zhao surrounds himself with a glowing demacian barrier that pushes nearby allied and enemy champions away for 5/6/7 seconds. The focus is not pushed away, and Xin Zhao gains 20/25/30% bonus movement speed when moving towards the focus. When Xin Zhao / the focus are in the barrier, none of their allies or enemies can interfere in any way.
