currently we have 20 mastery pages we can choose from...
now with runes reforged... they say "we keep our rune pages".
um, im sorry.. i don't HAVE twenty runepages...
so now what? im stuck with how mnay runepages i got..
so in the new system i have TWO?
i mean sure my main account (this one) has some extra ones becuase i have crazy amount of IP... but.. two matery pages.. thats horrible... i dont want to make new one EVERY game..

There's a lot of people who payed for rune pages unhappy about those not being exchanged, since the value of a Rune Page would plummet if you could edit them in the lobby. Editing them in the lobby is a good thing, but the whole reason people spent as much IP and RP on Rune Pages as they did was because they had to, where as being able to edit them in the lobby makes it a luxury/convenience.
I'm certain if they decide to keep "you buy rune pages" you'll still be able to buy them after the change.
