Are we just going to pretend that Kog'Maw is completely fine?

Why pick Kog when armour pen builds can basically shred tanks as fast or faster then he can, why pick Kog when can do his late game job better

and anyways i think this begs the question due to the partial revert what is Kog'Maw now? what is he supposed to excel at, be unique at, a niche he fills better then or at an equal with another adc

I think we can all agree that it should start with his W having its mana cost removed
