Doesn't Udyr's First AA in Tiger stance apply a DoT that ticks 4 times over 2 seconds?

It's technically different from Jarvan's passive, since it adds x damage to Jarvan's attack on that target and is dealt in the same instance of damage instead of being applied as a separate instance of damage, e.g. DoTs.
