Who is balancing for Riot? Ted Bundy? Like WHAT? where are the Lee nerfs? the DRM nerfs? the Yasuo nerfs? holy motherless goat, nerfing RAMMUS?

Edit: And for the clowns that will argue "BUT MUH WIN RATE", win rates are meaningless.... Thresh, Riven, Lee and even Yasuo have almost always had very poor win rates but are also wildly overpowered (See worlds for their high pick rate).

Rammus' win rate increased because of the massively prevalence of AD in this patch. Riven's win rate decreased for the same reason (More prevalent high armor is worse for Riven, obviously). If anything, Rammus could stand to get a buff and Riven could stand to get a nerf... but no, let's break the game even further, terrible job Riot.

Rammus is doing well because of the extreme prevalence of all AD or almost all AD teams, it's the one time you could legitimately argue a character fits "The Meta". Riven has been overpowered for multiple seasons and , once again, is seeing a slight dip because she is AD and AD is way overplayed right now.

There is no excuse for this. This would be like them chunking 10 AD and armor away from Lee and then chunking him another 10 AD and armor just for kicks. It is unjustified. It is literally the worst balancing I've seen from Riot, ever.

And checking your stats.. predictable, they're incredibly low (Lvl 16, with atrocious stats per game)... that doesn't mean you are automatically wrong, but it explains why you failed to understand why the links you provided are meaningless.

To be fair her early regeneration has been a joke for a melee champion for a long time now. It was the only way they could figure out to keep her early game somewhat balanced. The reason she's doing bad right now is because she can't rush brutalizer anymore and get such a huge power spike from such an incredibly efficient item. She just gets outclassed by the other top laners right now because of this. Top lane squishes are not very viable right now. Not htat I'm complaining that shes trash right now she kind of deserves to be in the gutter for at least the whole preseason.
