When is Jax being addressed?

Jax is basically king of snowballing, and in the current meta of quick games, he's so bullshit. I would say it's the player, not the champ, however I just watched our Jax get utterly destroyed top 1-11. He was raging hard, feeding, and said he just doesn't give a shit anymore. What happens? he still jumps into a team fight and destroys and ends up finishing the game at 15-14.

The guy was incompetent, and simply won because of an overloaded champ ( we all did well in other lanes mind you). If he doesn't get banned currently in gold, it's over. You might as well dodge, because you will not win. Had another game where our team captain felt Jax wasnt very strong. YEP.....Jax goes 17-2, GG. His response...."hmm sorry guys".

Jax isn't op. He WAS OP (check how many nerfs Jax has received in the past), but now he's only strong because Guinsoo's is extremely overpowered. Jax was always meant to be the premier late game champion and this item let's him reach his late-game fantasy very early. Trust me, Jax is not OP, Guinsoo's is.

Saying Guinsoos blade is OP means that Yi, Kayle, and Irelia are also OP. Sure I see the odd Yi, but he gets destroyed easily. It's only Jax that has that late game ridiculous potential. He's in the top 5 most banned champs for a reason, while no other Guinsoo blade wielding champ is even close to that.

Tbf, Jax is like a lot of assassin type champs. Even if they get their asses kicked in lane, if they kill someone, they will snowball and get really fed. Of course, their higher kda was artificially boosted by them probably cherry-picking a low enemy.

When he becomes a problem. Because right now, he's doing worse than pre-rageblade Jax, although how much of that is the champion and how much of that is the players is hard to tell exactly.

Play champion who has good early game.

I suggest Pantheon Riven Fiora . These three if mastered can beat Jax and delay his late game build. Even Vladimir does well against Jax since he can counter his counter-strike easily with pool.

I agree Jax is strong, but to be fair his kit really isn't overloaded, though he is OP when fed. He has damage, a targeted dash, armor and magic resist boost and a dodge followed by a small AoE stun. Compared to other champions like Illaoi, Azir, or Ekko, he is fairly low utility-wise, he simply is over powered do to natural damage and abilities to counter ADCs.

Edit: So basically, I'm just disagreeing with your word choice

Jax is too mobile in a teamfight and has assassin levels of damage with the durability of a bruiser.

Leap strike needs a longer cooldown and the passive on his ult needs to be evaluated maybe even nerfed a bit.

Honestly guinsoos is making him too strong at the moment in my opinion.

That being said, I play him when I can since he is OP atm and I CANNOT believe how low the cd is on all of his abilities. I think they could all be increased by 50% and he would still be a strong pick (with the exception of empower)
