you paste this into your cmd prompt and it will pull the replay. The duel starts at 42 min 17 seconds.

This is what you are going to see:

I sit in the fountain until black cleaver falls off.

My first auto, which is a static + rfc CRIT deals 420 physical dmg + 93 magic dmg. (WTF. My static shyv should do 300 upon a crit and my rfc should do 160)

My second auto deals 315.

My third auto deals 217 cause his phantom dancer kicked in. Lucian was at 712 hp. If I had a second spinning axe, I would have dealt an additional 200 dmg to him (at MOST) and he would have been at 500 hp.

I did not get a fourth auto.

On the other side of things:

Lucains first auto dealt 600 dmg. His passive dealt another 300.

He then q'd and passive auto attacked. resulting in my death.

I had 10% lifesteal, 50% crit over lucian, a little more hp, and I landed the first attack with a spinning axe crit and landed my second auto before he dealt any dmg to me whatso ever. Lucian had + 20 flat pen and phantom dancer passive, but that passive only prevented 130 dmg on a single one of my autos since I was able to attack him with two autos before he was able to respond.

Conclusion:

DRAVEN IS UP. HE HAS THE HIGHEST SKILLCAP OF ALL ADC'S. HE IS NOT WORTH. LUCIAN DMG >> DRAAAVEN DMG. LUCIAN MOBILITY >>> DRAVEN MOBILITY. LUCAIN >>>> DRAAAVEN.

I don't play ADC so I can't really comment on whether Draven is underpowered, but purely looking at winrates he is doing marginally better than Lucian. Regardless this probably isn't the way you want to argue your case.

First off shiv and RFC damage do not stack. The extended range and lightning jump effects both proc, but only the higher damage is applied. Secondly, that Lucian obviously had so much AD over you that any actual differences in the champions don't matter any more. A Draven crit is a 3.35 modifier over your base AD. Assuming 70 armour for Lucian, that means you had around 213 AD. On the other hand, assuming that 600 auto from Lucian was an IE crit, after factoring in armour pen that means he had about 360 AD. It's not even a fair fight.
