I don't understand the thinking behind the slow, at all. The people that are building it don't need it. etc. They don't have issues keeping up with people, they're already mobile and they already have CC.

wow this item is too much, people are just blowing up. Theres no helping them, there is no fighting. Somebody got hit and theyre dead. Theres no looking to see if somebody is fighting and react.. it's just allies with full hp and then an alli dead. Nothing in between. 1 shot....

I'm just going to dodge if enemy has more gross abusers of the item.

seems like u don't play them... Lucian Xayah Graves just a few example to show u what's they face with high mobility.
