Rek sai top needs nerfs?

Seems as usual, Riot creates a champ with a specific role in the meta, this being Jungle. However as usual the champ has taken a liking to a much better role, such as a top champ. Rek Sai can easily go toe to toe with most melee champs and destroy them. On top of that the champ as extremely good basic mobility, and an ult that can place it wherever on the map after some roaming as been made. This can eliminate the need for a teleport, which most top champs have to choose instead of having the chance of taking ignite. This helps RekSai's chances against any top character.

Anyone else believe this champ needs some tweaks?

Rek'Sai with Teleport is even funnier because you can basically be wherever you want in the game every minute or so

her Bonus AD ratio on her Q is being reduced effectively by 30%, but that probably wont be enough

Am I alone in thinking that she's a pretty weak jungler? It seems like her ganks aren't always the best, and her ult is so incredibly situational depending on how many tunnels you can keep up come late game. Maybe I'm just inexperienced with her.

She is a pretty good jungler, but she is a better top champ. She's a dueler with great mobility.

I don't really like RekSai , I especially don't like her gap-closer and cc. Though i do like the true damage she does. In my experience playing with her she either completely fails, or does pretty well early game but no so much late.
