Reworking champions that doesn't need rework and nerf all their spells:
in patch 5.4 he needed a nerf on his stun and instead of giving him compensation riot nerfed everything
needed help after DFG removal and he got his hp regen nerfed along with the ghost and W nerf in his "Rework"
Didn't need any rework and riot nerfed his tankiness while keeping his short range (Runic prison and spell flux)

Theres a reason you have a hard time against heimer. Hes broken OP. Rito fanbase to loyal to want him nurfed though.

Mandang01 votesRiot was actually doing a pretty good job w/ remakes for awhile. I think Heimer's was one of the good ones, but the ones the OP listed were all failures (Zilean & Tristana too).
Sion's was the exception - a recent, good remake.
Marthian1 votesAm I the only one that think his rework is pretty good? It's a lot easier to farm AP, not to mention actually poke your enemy and get kills. And if he gets ahead, he's still a nightmare (his ult still annihilates APCs as a targeted ability.)

impossible to harass at higher ranks as people realize they can stand behind minions and nullify his ability to poke. cant defend himself as half a second is more than enough for anyone to use their gap closer and put themselves on top of veigars tiny little face. and his W is useless because its impossible to land without the stun. so if you cant 100-0 someone with Q and R alone then you NEED followup or assistance from your team.

Ryze I agree and disagree with. He was so point and click that it was stupid. But he seems much weaker now, and I dont mean because he cant hit with all 3 spells like before.
