Is blitzcrank planned for a rework?

Title? I mean seriously I am totally sick to death of having to break my back over my positioning AT ALL STAGES OF THE GAME, and blitz can miss 5000000 hooks then land one and I am dead with no counterplay at all. It's not like thresh who has a huge windup and no speed steroid, its not like nautilus because hes so slow a snail waits for naut, but most importantly, NEITHER OF THEM PULL ME IN TO THEM COMPLETELY. NEITHER OF THEM HAVE A SILENCE PREVENTING A FLASH. I'm just sick of it. Say what you want about thresh, in the end his kit is overloaded, but has counterplay. Blitz is just straght up toxic. Every game I go against a blitz i want to cut my ears off.

Blitz is immune to things that will actually balance him. The Vayne syndrome. He's been a problem for so long that people just got tired of complaining about him.

His weaknesses do no much up for his strengths.

Honestly they should change his Q to deal with magnetism

Q is now targeted and ignores what is between you and your target, but now slows the target instead of pulling them for 50% decaying over 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds

Passive effect when blitz deals damage to a target it magnitized them, if the target is magnitized it will pull the target to blitz as well (still applies the slow as well), magnetism lasts for 5 seconds

This gives him his signature hook while balancing the fact that he needs to deal damage to them first for it to pull but due to the hook CD it would not be possible to Q then Q pull

Other changes would be W no longer slows blitz and costs less mana

Q costs less mana by at least 50%

And blitz would gain more base stats returning him to being a strong fighter while keeping enough CC to be a reasonable support

but to answer your question. No. Blitzcrank is not scheduled for a rework. In fact he is not even considered for a rework. Riot likes his pull, it defines his kit. And they enjoy the fact that when a blitzcrank is in the game it makes the game fundamentally different from a game without blitzcrank, sort of like skarner's new passive.

tbh Blitz is pretty balanced. The only time you should have trouble with him is if you managed to pick yourself into a bad matchup.

Once he misses his hook all pressure is lost. Meaning it allows your team to fight and usually just come out on top.

Blitz was already tweaked two seasons ago. They increased the CD on his Q and increased the mana cost significantly. His Q used to hit way more frequently and was much harder to counter. If he misses it now you have a long time before you have to worry about it again which is when you need to capitalize on it being on CD. His ult only silences you for 0.5 secs so as long as you have any kind of sustain or a modicum of HP you should have enough time to flash out. Just stay behind minions and you're pretty safe. His kit is fine its just about how to position when playing against him.

His kit is not fine. That hook has so much damned power just frontloaded into it, it could deal 0 damage and it would still be toxic.
