Looking for a high elo player to really tell me whats wrong with league.

I have heard a ton of opinions on whats wrong with the game.. Usually I can place myself in one of the groups, but this time around.. I just dont know where the big problems are, vs peoples opinions about their role being weak.

I know towers need to be stronger, I'm on boat with that one.

But whats up with top lane? I've seen Hashinshins rant, and if you peel back the layers of crusted salt, you can see he has a few good points.

Supports seem really strong, but its only their items I can find problem with.

Adcs can get fed, and become a major issue, but at the same time, they can get 100-0'ed by a TON of champs.

Junglers are allowed to gank nonstop, but they can also fall behind and become irrelevant.

Skarner is busted in his current state, which is why big name streamers are one tricking him to challenger. (nightblue3, Iwdominate, Pants are dragon)

Dragon is too weak, and can be soloed by a couple meta junglers right now.

Rift herald is too weak, and can be soloed by pretty much EVERYONE.

Mid lane mages havent seemed relevant for this entire season, despite being one of the top influencers of the game since like season 2.

TL:DR in summary, Theres so many opinions going around about why the games in such a strange place. Can someone (preferrably high elo) provide me a solid, evidence based opinion. I'm down to read novels, so please feel free to type away. I obviously plan on making my own opinion, but I just need to see more than "LEAGUE SUCKS IM LEAVING"

Much of what's wrong with the game, is a direct result of a lot of the things people have been complaining about to Riot for a long time. People complained and complained that things were too weak/too strong, things got buffed and got nerfed, and we ended up here because of the feedback Riot got from much of the community.

So, a few points summarized: BPS (Burst Per Second) is too high across the board, and Riot's attempt to fix that by delaying assassin burst for healthier gameplay has not worked, because many assassins needed the crutch that is Duskblade to keep up with the burst of other non-assassin classes.

Some ADC items are either overtuned, or provide too much for their costs, which makes snowballing botlane a lot easier. Fleet Footwork is a bit too strong, a few champions are just plain obnoxious to play against, Phase rush is far too weak in comparison to the old Stormraider's, and certain subclasses don't have Keystones that fit them well.

The jungle is heavily imbalanced on nearly all sides, being both too powerful and too weak at the same time, and many toplane and midlane champs feel like you have to put in six times the effort to be as impactful as champs from other roles, even when it's not the case.

And laning phase ends too quickly.

Another thing wrong with League right now is you prefer the opinion of someone who was able to climb, versus just asking anyone who has been playing a long time

I've been playing since season 1.

I'm gold 4.

I'm a jungle main.

Searching for others opinions (especially considering I rarely step out of the jungle) can ONLY make me better educated. Being afraid of looking for opinions from other (better) players is being willfully ignorant. Never a good thing

Edit: Also no offense.. but bronze is the bottom of the bottom. If you put a new player that's never played league in his life.. If you put him in 10 ranked matches, he will end bronze 5. So I have a hard time taking the opinion of someone that can't climb out from that part of the system. As someone thats climbed from bronze 5 to gold 4 over the last few seasons, I know that the people below silver...2/3 are 99% of the time driven by emotional opinions rather than evidence based logic.

Honestly with Zoe and twitch nerfs riot seems to be making good changes and balanced gameplay for once
