Champ legit auto wins melee lanes now.
His Q and E have almost no CD even early game while most melees have higher cds, so he just spams Q on cd and you cant fight back because he always has it up and his root also has a low cd.
Its so obnoxious to lane against, you get poked while he waveclears and shoves you down while you can never fight back, he legit only loses to melee now if your jungler camps him early game, great counterplay lmao.
nm10102 votesPushing a hundred games on new Swain, what match up are you having an issue with? E has a 13 second cd early on and q drains mana faster than it actually kills anyone until you have a couple points into it (or you are killing minions while trading).

The issue they have with Swain is (and there is a nerf to him on the PBE FYI) is that his Q CD is key to his play. You lower it too much and he wins a lot, you increase it too much and he loses a lot. Finding that balance is the hard part.
His Q does not do a lot of damage if you are hit by one bolt so Im betting you are standing in the open getting hit by 2+ bolts if you are getting poked down.
