He's actually quite strong now if you get the hang of him. Knowing how to ward, how to pick fights and when to roam also helps a ton.
Clutch Thompson1 votesThe latest patch helped a lot. I go hextech revolver, rylais crystal sceptor, black cleaver, nashors tooth, upgrade the revolver to gunblade, cdr boots and then will of ancients, rabadons, or steraks gage depending on your needs.
the revolver for early spell-vamp
rylais gives you a way to hunt down and catch up to squishies
the rest are for the ad and ap you'll need, some cdr to spam abilities, and some attack speed to get all 3 Q's off easier
