Anyone else just not even think about blaming their teammates?

Lately I've been having some bad games and through them I never really felt like it was my teams fault. Sure pretty much everyone else was doing poorly, but I was still losing my lane, and not paying enough attention to the map to check for ganks.

No, no, no. That just won't do. We can't have people taking responsibility! Repeat after me. Jungle didn't gank my lane. Now, don't you feel better having absolved yourself of guilt?

As a more serious response, it's actually better if you focus on yourself. You can't control the other four players, you can control you. Only you had the ability to play better that game, regardless of win or loss. Try focusing on what you did right and also what you did wrong and try to improve on one thing at a time. You'll end up getting much better at the game.

Riot games has created a big problem. and its oversensitivity. you can't point out that someone is doing something wrong without getting a back lash. there is apparently no constructive criticism to riot or the league community. everything that happens on the map. is your fault. your jungler purposely comes and dies to your laner despite you telling them not to come to your lane politely? its your fault. your bot lane dies 20 times in the laning phase? its your fault. your jungler picked twitch and is losing pretty terrible. guess what. its your fault. if you don't think so your toxic and you're ban worthy i guess. I used to like to play the game. but not anymore really. the community gets worse and worse. because of riot themselves. and the game state (balance and just the way the game changes over time) keeps going downhill. league just like every other game will eventually die compared to its past. like WoW now. I don't know much about WoW but i think it was a bigger game back in the day. companies tend to go after the most money possible instead of you know keeping the loyal fanbase satisfied. eventually getting only casual to be regulars and then they move onto something else.

ranked solo queueue and dynamic queue needs to be removed. the only true from of ranked queue is ranked 5s.

the game just feels so wrong. the community feels so unfriendly. I mean I'd rather have kids in cod chat scream at me and cuss and shit but not be so damn careless about anyone. this doesn't go for everyone but the vast majority and it only takes 1 player to ruin the other 4's day.

the majority of the matches I don't say anything when my team mates fuck up. but you know I gotta do it every once in a while am not a rock. and stressing myself out over a game isn't really worth it. feel like getting back to playing single player story based games instead of frustrating myself and other people over a game of thinking what others are thinking. we aren't sitting in the same room talking to each other to play the game the way its meant to be played.

Always blame the jungler, no matter how good he's playing, it's ALWAYS his fault. HE is solely responsible for winning all the lanes.

When I die in lane, its because "I" was overconfident or stupid

When bot dies to my mid laner, its "my" fault because I forgot to ping MIA while farming under tower as Veigar

When my jungler dies in the enemy jungle, its "my" fault for not keeping an eye on them so I can bail them out if it looks like they're gonna get caught

When the enemy top laner teleports bot to kill my bot, its "my" fault for either not following with my own tele or for using it to get back to lane

I never/beg/demand for ganks because "I" chose my lane and it is "my" responsibility to win or stalemate if possible.

among other things.

If you make a mistake, its whatever. I'm not gonna chew you out for it. Typing is time I could use for playing the game out.

Although that might be my mediator side from 16 personalities quiz talking. Apparently I avoid conflict.

I'll get pretty miffed if I'm mid and nobody picked a tank (people please, they're actually good, trust me), but otherwise, I'm not playing perfectly, and thus have no right to expect my team to.

There are some times whne balming your team mates is justified

Like when your jungler is shoving out your lane so it is pushing to the enemy while you are already behind and you tried telling them not to. That will set you farther behind and in a vulnerable position.

Or when they are playing football and trying for a touchdown. which involves running into the enemy fountain the whole game.

when you are 5-0-0 and your team as a total is 0-20, then you get steam rolled and are told you suck... yeaaa... lets totally not blame the teamates for suckin

OurLestrade7/23/2016, 3:38:03 PM1 votes

It's always because the team mate's bad, not because the enemy's better.

ChaddyFantome7/23/2016, 2:08:05 PM1 votes

Doing so doesn't even enter my mind, 95% of the time, no i don't. That said, if I or anyone else is playing support, it's kinda hard not to a good deal of the time tho since you are at the mercy of everyone else unless you build like a sololaner. At least moreso than any other role.

That said, even if a situation is not your fault, it is always better to blame yourself for it, as that will help you transcend whereas blaming wont change anything.

I never blame my team unless they pulled some really stupid moves that got an enemy fed. Even then, I never type those thoughts in game. They already know they fucked up, they don't need me or any other teammate yelling at them.

Question is, what kind of moron would blame a team mate when they're at best 10% responsible for your failures?

getrektnoobsGG7/23/2016, 2:37:58 PM1 votes

Why should you blame yourself if you can blame the Jungler?
