Suggestion on improving Barrier
I usually only picked barrier against fizz or a lane with double ignite. I think the best way to buff barrier is to make it last longer, currently it goes away too fast so you don't always get to use the full shield.

Knight SoIaire 1 votesi dont think its a good idea to do it that way the main diference beetwen barrier and heal is the amount of time which that hp persists barrier is made for short time and heal is made for long term if we buff barrier in that way then we dont realy do much besides trying to shuffle heal and barrier, since they are very similar in their purpose
what barrier needs is to add some gimmick to it that would enforce its purpose as a spell made for keeping you alive in sticky situations i would vote for % dmg reduction for couple seconds, would make it a designated spell for squishies to save themselves from burst (fits the timeframe of barrier)
my change might sucks, but my point is that we cant encourage heal and barrier battling eachother out, we will make one good by the cost of killing the other (heal changes did that already )
