Zyra's still awful and you know it Riot.

Even with these so called AI changes, which aren't even relevant enough to notice. She's still one of the worst champions in the game.

She's ganked too easily, her spells have a huge delay to both its channeling and Zyra's movement. She's less than 1000 health at level 8. WTF? She's slow as hell. As are her spells. Her mana costs are absurd. Her passive is absolute trash and you know it. I've seen Rioters posting acknowledging this (Meddler)

Compare her to Casseopia, Viktor, Heimerdinger, freaking Azir. Whatever she was nerfed on release for needs to be reverted because I'm pretty sure there are champions out there right now that do exactly what she does, and better.

Is buffing her really that scary Riot? This squishy weed you call a champion, who feeds the enemy team gold if they're competent enough to lazily sidestep to the right? Give me my plant wizard!!

You know people have been complaining that she's weak so I decided to play a ranked game with her and holy shit is she strong. Mind you this is my 2nd game with her ever (the first being in an aram) and it's amazing how good she is. You do batshit damage with liandrys, zone amazingly with rylais I could go ON.

Her mana costs go away with a morellos, the best items on her (rylais/liandrys) give her tankiness, she's slow because of good she is at kiting with e especially once you get rylais.

She's a monster in teamfights and I honestly don't see why people are asking for buffs. This is gonna be lux all over again if Riot listens to you people.

The enemy jungler was a rengar, before i got liandrys i would just root flash away and then burst him down. After I got zhonyas I could just blow my combo, stasis and let my plants kill him.

Also she's still very safe as long as you don't push the lane.

I really wish you can control the actual plants but you cant. She is actually good against mages who use skill shots.

You can use the plants to block the skill shot for you and go on the counter offensive. It makes the laning phase very fun and challenging

she needs an MS buff at least because her range was nerfed a long time ago and the casting animation on E is long

What would be cool if her ult bloomed a flower like her passive form, and still having the knock up of course

maybe cleaning up the E animation (the delay from casting is huge) since it was nerfed a year or 2 ago.

Even with lightning fast reflexes, Lux still beats her. It can go through the plant and hit Zyra. Morgana can just lay back and let the poison earth kill any plant threats that come by. Karthus and Cass can out spam Zyra with their own 30 mana AOE spells. Ziggz and Xerath can poke.farm from range.

And these only count the mobility less mages in Zyra's own category. Everything with a gap closer (Assassins) destroy Zyra instantly.

You know: I love it how Fiora, and Garen, solo Q champions that were actually in a much better, playable spot than Zyra get gameplay updates but not her.

I'm seriously curious as to why she was Olaf'd into the earth.

the juggarnauts (and fiora i think) where last used in Season 1 or 2 ompetitively I believe. They were way outdated. Zyra was last used in S3 by cloud 9 and I think a bit in S4. Riot has stated she is better in the support role (unfortunately)

they should update her if she is that fragile. She is a fun champ to learn, but they will probably gear her towards a support if they do

I'd rather them buff her range a bit than increase her ms. I like the idea of her having a new flower though. I think riot just needs to put more emphasis on her strengths to make a her a more solid pick.

I guess we should buff Vi because no one is playing her top, or massively buff Blitz because he's not being played as a solo laner either. Oh and Morgana, I guess we should buff her because she's not played mid either.

I don't think you understand what you are asking for. She point clicks squshies then eats their entire health pool with shit you can do about,I've seen games where vi went top lane and got farm,it's crazy stupid,she's much healthier in the jungle.

70 percent of five people isn't much.

When skarner got reworked nobody said "fuck you skarner mains there are little of you". When morde got reworked nobody said "fuck you morde mains there are little of you". In the upcoming poppy rework riot isn't saying "fuck you poppy mains there are little of you",but are instead trying to conserve what they like about her and the roles she's mostly played in.

Why should zyra be any different? Look,you don't see me saying "fuck mid zyra for the lolz",I'm all for supporting mid zyra as much as possible,but changes to the champion should be focused on where the playerbase is(1),and the focus should be to turn zyra into a serious pick as a support,I get it that mid zyra mains want focus,but it just won't be sensible or fair to give them that.

1-it's important to remember that sometimes gameplay in a certain role is toxic,in which case you might want to consider going against the playerbase,but for zyra there's been plenty of statement by riot saying that they are completely fine with support zyra,so that's just not the case

A root, a slow, an AOE knockup, and vision/brush control built into her kit.

She has as much utility as orianna.

I've been playing her a lot recently and occasionally I have amazing games with her and she's pretty fun... she's not nearly as painful to rank up as Evelynn and Sona were, but she could still use some more attention.

I would imagine she fairs well against a few assassins because of her ult and her passive
