40+ Minutes. 1 Master Yi. A Guaranteed lose.

So I just played a game against a Yi top who faced my teammate Darius. Darius did not feed him super hard or anything. Yi was camped majority of laning phase even. However, all he did was farm till 40 minutes and could still 1 shot our entire team. It's completely dumbfounding how Riot gives 1 champ the capability to not even be useful for 30 minutes and then somehow walk up and get a quadra just because "farm." I think something seriously needs to be done with this champion. And don't tell me "he's not an issue top tier" when he's an issue in solo queue for those trying to carry just themselves in ranked. And the "CC" excuse isn't a solution when he didn't even fight us nearly all game and yet still just walked up q+auto = Dead.

Why does he have a heal in his kit? ??? Why does he get true damage in an ability????? Why does his E cost 0 MANA???? Why does his ult give him 70% cooldown on his basic abilites????
