Can we please keep working on Skarner since we're still working on Mordekaiser?

Not saying that Skarner needs more work than Morde by no means, yet he's not completely fixed. He was too strong at first release, and now he's back to how he was, but is better. I don't see him much at all anymore, and most of it is because of the new lack in balance he is able to get. The nerf he recently got on the PBE makes me pretty mad. He's not even played as much as the other Juggernauts. If anything, buff him.

The 100% damage lowered to 40% is pretty huge. And on top of that, Riot nerfed his AS on his passive. Now, if Riot nerfs his AS, which is the only thing that benefits his Q, why nerf his R? I'm expecting the same nerfs to every other Juggernaut. Nerf Illaoi's ultimate, nerf Garen's, Darius's, and Mordekaiser's as well. Because this is honestly stupid. Each of theirs has just as powerful second abilities; Garen dealing bonus health damage, Darius dealing bonus damage per blood stack, and Mordekaiser gaining a pet. Out of all the Juggernauts, Skarner is the only one without a bonus heal. Did anyone notice that? And did you know that Skarner benefits more from AP? Only his Q and R get OP from AD. There's no reason to nerf Skarner when he doesn't have the sustain the others have. He's suppose to have tons of power. Until he gets a heal on one of his abilities, I can't and do not want to see "balance" like this.

You never had a problem with Morde? You must be extremely better than me. I've had trouble with him for a long time, and so have MANY others. You should had made a thread telling others how to beat him during his OP thread phase.

That is... until the shocking counter is revealed. Mordekaiser now has a support (or minion) giving bonus MS. Don't get caught in his E when he has the slow item. And by goodness, its not your fault they had: Ahri draw you near Alistar knock you up, and/or slam you over to Mordekaiser Anivia slow you or stun you or block you Annie stun you Ashe slow you or stun you Bard slow you, stun you, or stop you Blitzcrank pull you in and/or knock you up Brand stun you Braum slow you, knock you up, or stun you Fiddlesticks cause you to "fear" in his direction Galio slow you or draw you in Heimerdinger slow you Janna slow you or knock you up (or over to Mordekaiser if possible) Kayle slow you Leona slow or stun you Lulu slow or polymorph you Malphite slow or knock you up Maokai push you towards Mordekaiser or slow you Lux snare you or slow you Morgana snare you Nami slow you, stun you, or knock you up Nautilus pull you in and/or slow you Nunu slow you (2 ways) Orianna slow you or snare you Rammus slow you and/or taunt you Shen taunt you Singed slow or snare you Sion knock up or slow you Sona slow or stun you Soraka slow or snare you TahmKench slow, bring, and stun you Taric stun you Thresh bring you towards himself, or slow you (2 ways) Volibear fling over (forgot to put that on Singeds) and slow you Yorick slow you Zac slow you and knock you up Zilean slow you and/or stun you Zyra snare you or knock you up

And this isn't including the abilities that some have to speed allies up. Now, when I have trouble getting away from someone like Darius, because he can buy himself a pair of item 1001s, I don't what to hear "just keep your distance" because its not like he has much to worry about when every ability gives a shield based on his health. The dude doesn't even need to worry about AD. If he gets enough health, armor, and maybe some other tank items, he still can deal a lot of damage because his Q still deals what it use to only (personally) I find it more fair. Why does his last Q need to deal 9x the original? If his original AD ratio is .2, he deals 1.8% of his total AD (in bonus damage). That means he deals 280% of his AD.

I hope you're able to add that up, because that's 180% + his already current AD (the real 100% AD) to = 280%. And still can deal 90% of his AP to boot.

Also getting near means that I'm also susceptible to his W which I'm also happy to see got a nerf in its damage.

I just want to say that a shield which scales with his max health is good mitigation. It isn't a heal but it fulfils a similar purpose.
