Buff Galio

I'm no Balance God, but it seems pretty easy to improve Galio without making him OP. Give him one or two of the suggestions below.

• His W's slow can be reduced.
• His W can be activated while using his E for better combos
• Find a way to make his E more of an escape (smart enemies just take the knockup so you can't leave).
• Give him more defensive stats while channeling his R
• Increase his base MS

He feels like a combo mage people forgot was supposed to be allowed to combo with. If there were a cleaner way to Q to where you knocked them up. Or a way to Punch into the enemies while your taunt were about to go off he'd be a lot more effective.
