garen Q follow up

make it like illaoi ,wont hurt to make him more viable by making his Q jump 200-350 range ,adjustable ,think like a leap ,from bush especially(as the legends say)

Q lunges a distance forward ,currently with rework Q nerfed ,silence -1 S ,movement - ,duration is low ,it expires till reachin half way

i know you downvote ,but illaoi W is cool and closes a gap instead of running like 5% of a ghost.

i dont like how fiora pokes me with no counter and i have to run to her,mean while she procs grasp ,dmg ,true dmg ,heal and movements speed.
