The most outdated champion in the game?
A champ that never received any changes in the last 4 years and only did because of a broken item?
A champ that was underperforrming and is seeing more play due to a couple of broken items ? 
How about, instead of complaining about his damage [which is the only thing that he does] and ask for nerfs, why not ALL of you start asking for a rework?
Snowplosion5 votesI mean yeah. His synergy with those items is stupidly good and he is probably even too strong without them. Doesn’t help that his kit is linear and archaic but it doesn’t keep him from being overpowered.

Champ needs nerfs.
He was over compensated for the Duskblade nerf.
V8.6 Stats Attack damage growth increased to 4 from 3.2.
Crushing Blow AD ratio increased to 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% AD from 10% AD at all ranks.
Like I said.

Joking aside though, like you said, wukong is out dated so he's probably in the line for a rework after Akali and nunu

Riot mentioned that he is on "a" list to be updated, but its this secondary list they don't bring up much. pretty much its the smaller scale update list that teams can pick from while they are in between larger projects. I'm assuming this list is about the kind of work that we saw on Xin, where he'd get a 1-2 new abilities and some tweaks here and there, but largely the same.

OtterlyLost1 votesI mean, wukong has been an issue for me for at least a season and a half. He's too good with armor pen and always has been. He just had a lower play rate so I was at least guaranteed not to see him often. :/ it's not fun being 1 shot from stealth. He literally can come in from invis, smack me once and then ult and because I'm cc'd, I cant flash or use any kind of defensive item to save myself.
