What if Twitch Q "smelled" out his enemies

When Twitch enters stealth anyone withing a radius of 3000 range (Might be too much but willing to change numbers) are marked with a translucent icon above them as Twitch gets closer to his enemies the mark becomes more transparent. If multiple enemies are within the range then multiple enemies will also be marked.

Thoughts?

This will still keeps Twitchs ability to assassinate someone, but at least it'll give his enemies a chance to react and know what's coming so they can prepare themselves, similar to when Rengar ults.

I'd rather have it so that he has an internal cooldown on his ult upon coming out of invis. That way he needs a moment to ramp up before he can ult.

Sort of like Sombra in Overwatch. She can't ult or attack for a moment after unstealthing which gives her enemies a chance to react.

I like this.

They buffed Twitch a while ago where he could ult without coming out of stealth inmediately. Maybe revert that?

Anything to make it so he's not 100% invisible. I still don't understand how Riot actually put this mechanic into a game and thought it was a good idea..

His camouflaged, He still gets revealed by a control ward oh wait... you can't buy control wards when your full build.

I realize but it's the fact we get nothing but a small warning of his cackle before he goes invisible and could be literally anywhere. Even I like playing twitch as an ADC (even though I main support) and think it's broken.

The reason people have issues with Twitch's stealth is that the reveal radius is smaller than his AA range when he ults. This allows him to essentially assassinate someone(s) and they won't be able to do anything because they had no prior warning.

Stealth was a carry over from DotA when they fitst started the game, and it isn't broken on DotA. But everything is broken in DotA, which makes nothing OP there. By league standards though, that's a different story.

I don't think you were around for sunfire stacking Evelynn when stealth actually was practically permanent...

Then again, neither was I, but compared to back then it is quite different. I think it's just that they give too little warning to when twitch is coming.

I feel like this is a nerf for nerfs sake. It won't change the fact that he can solo penta with ult mid-late (with good positioning), which is probably the biggest concern people have. So we'll nerf his assassin playstyle, then nerf his teamfight playstyle later and he'll have nothing left. Just a thought.

Well, he arguably does need a nerf. Whether this is it or not is not definitive, but it is arguable he needs a nerf.

True. As unfortunate as it is for me as a twitch main, I honestly believe he needs a decent sized rework. He's currently sporting the playstyle of an assassin and a hyper carry, which is either balanced and everyone is wrong or can't be balanced and needs to be changed not nerfed. Riot need to choose a side then rework, preferably the assassin side as stealth is what twitch is primarily about imho.

I think it would be a better idea to just nerf the reset on his Q, it has such a long duration and the resets just help him snowball.
