If you max Q with 2 in W and 1 in E and R, this is what you get at 9:

310(+0.8 ap) + 125(+0.6) + 80(+1.0) + 200(+1.2) = 715+3.6AP

Now add 90+0.1 AP for Thunderlords to get 805+3.7 AP

Now add 105+0.35 for Hextech to get 910+4.05 AP

With AP Quints/Glyphs, Dorans Ring and Hextech, she should have about 121 AP.

So that's 910+490 = 1500 damage

With sorc shoes, pen marks, plus mysteries are about 30-32 mag pen. If you're a mage/marksman with MR glyphs, you only have 43 MR, so effectively 10-12. If you took AP blues, she's doing true damage.

At this level, most mages only have about 1200-1300 hp.
