So what about Yasuo after the IE/Phantom Dancer change?

Because IE now gets less crit, that means with the normal build , only has 80% Crit chance. So would it be worth it to sell the Shiv late game for PD, for 100% crit, just to make sure, or stick with the 80%?

I know that Shiv is beyond good on Yasuo, but with 80% crit I feel like it's slightly less reliable. And that 20% could easily decide to fuck you over, seeing as how with 90% crit I still would often not get crits because Rito.
