Revert LeBlanc chain length
You made these long when she was suppose to be a “kite mage”, well she’s no longer a kite mage and doesn’t need such a long chain to not only kite but burst you down from a ridiculous range you can’t even flash out of.

EmpressOfBeauty2 votesI really must be the only one who doesn't see an issue with this it isn't nearly as long as other skillshots and it CAN be blocked by minions! You only can't flash out of it if she uses it at close range. It is just a root like honestly similar to Lux's or Morgana's (no chance of running out of it if it hits may I just add) or Karma's or Kled's, but everyone just complains about LeBlanc.
