SERIOUSLY RIOT
Fix lethality in 7.5 if not 7.4 or a hot fix. EoN and Yumuu's are too gold efficient and offer way too much power that either you buy all of it or 90% chance you will lose lane due to the enemy snowballing out of control.

JavelinJoe1 votesHe is a Juggernaut. He should not be able to run full lethality with out much consequence and yet he can because of his natural tackiness, his W, and high damaging abilities.
Basically if even more tankier champions can run full lethality and have just as much if not more success than their normal intended builds, RIOT should fix that because that is not fair or balanced, and it just shows how many champions can abuse lethality.

Garen's purpose to kill one guy as fast as possible and get out. Why wouldn't he build the best stat to let him do his job
oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 votesgarens abilities scale on ad not armor pen or lethality ... however armor pen helps his Q and his E do more damage by reducing the effective armor a target has... but heres the kicker... his ult is either magic damage or true damage and not effected at all by armor pen or lethality

the stat stacks better with his e, than the % shred off cleaver in most cases. flat armor pen has been a good stat on him since forever. at least against squishy teams.
JavelinJoe1 votesThe items make any of his intended weaknesses null. You cant hard CC him without a second to follow it up, and he now has 2 movement speed buffs to chase you down with. If he gets low, he backs off and his passive heals him to full in time for the cooldowns to be up on his actives.

its only a movement speed buff. cc still locks him down.
lethality builds also make him incredibly squishy unless he really just builds ghostblade. hes probably one of the least problematic champions with the stat right now. there are more mobile and bursty champions who are going crazy with that build.
