And the balance team is utterly oblivious as usual. Both of these champs can currently 100-0 you near instantly with no counterplay.

Real fun taking 900 damage from Vlad's point and click Q's and getting insta killed. Also loads of fun dying to a half item Kat combo without even using her ult from full HP.

Balance team wake the fuck up please?

Since when does Vlad do 900 damage with his Q? If Vlad is doing a lot of damage it's because you and your team fed him, not because he is a broken champion.
