Can we just remove 4-mans or make a toggling option to be grouped with them

Of all the premades (2-3-4, not 5-man because then you are in it) where do you get the most toxic and most annoying games? 4-mans. It is always the solo's fault for a loss, they _never _ have any say in votes/bans (unless they are in a ban picking spot), and are usually abandoned by the premade to fend for themselves while they help each other (and are not always successful at doing so).

Also because you are with a 4-man you most likely will face at least another 4-man if not a 5-man, and this means you already are at a communication disadvantage before the game even started. Please just make queues solo and 2-3-5-man premades only. Or have a separate option for the 4-man like a toggle option to allow you to be matched with them as a solo.

A 4-man premade once banned my preferred champion (knowingly, they laughed about it in chat). In-game they didn't flame me or verbally harass me, but each time I was in need of help/being chased/attacked by enemy they'd walk close enough to be seen in for of war and spam laugh.

That's the worst experience I've ever had in ranked, it felt like living hell. They tilted me beyond belief, silently freezing me out of the game. Left me to defend botlane, no matter how much I pinged for help (mind you this was still in laning phase).

At the end of the game I was in tears. Frustrated and enraged I decided tp try another game only to get a verbal 4-man team trying to stick a broom up my ass (again). That's when I quit ranked.

I hope Riot is content with their policy of 4-man premades, because I'm not.

Adding a toggle would be the same as removing 4 mans, their queue times would become impossible to deal with. Removing 4 mans means it becomes much more difficult to play with friends as a group.

You are overstating the effect of 4 mans on games. Solo players very rarely have to deal with them and when it happens it isn't that bad compared to any other premade combination.

I've uninstalled at least 3 times (probably 4 or 5) because of 4-man premades in normals. I'm talking rage-quit-uninstall-don't-come-back-for-MONTHS. They are not even remotely close to 3-man premades and below. It got to the point where I absolutely refused to play normal games to avoid those games. I haven't played a normal game in solo queue in 2 to 3 years. That's how bad they can be.

To give you an idea of just how much I hate them... I haven't left a game for anything in years, but if I got one of those really bad 4-man premades... I would straight up leave. It's not worth my mental health to deal with them.

So for you to come in here and say it's not that bad to have to play with a 4-man premade group... I can only assume you're not a solo player and have never had to actually deal with the bad side of 4-man premades.

i just played an urf game where a group of 3 picked the most broken champs, got rekt, and then complained that matchmaking gave them 2 shitty players

it'll happen regardless unfortunately

i barely understood that but basically riot has zero control on if you get a 4 man team or not if you do than you will have to live with it. riot gave as much communications as they can if your team wont talk to you its not in their control, just have to make do and hope they know what they are doing.

They have to have some decent form of control since they can claim 98% (or whatever it was) of the time you will be matched against another premade of at least equal amounts at 4-5 man premades.

Its completely random just dumb luck that u get match with groups, more and more people prefer to play in groups so they try to make them happy to, it really is hard to make everyone happy. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Quepha just likes to troll these threads with nothing of substance to add.

In a normal with a 3x premade. Our top lane just quit game out of frustration at them, and I'm making coffee and waiting to see if they ff at 20 (they didn't). The jungler refused to go top all game, preferring to play with his friends, and my support often left lane to go die with her/his friends mid lane. They went something like 0/8/0 by the ten minute mark. Had it gone the other way, I would still have been left bot to farm minions all game, or forced to try and follow them around, and try to compensate for their refusal to use chat.

It's not ok to say some people get to play how they want, and others only exist to accommodate those players. League has revolved around solo queue precisely because it offered a level playing field to test yourself and the best game experience.

If DQ was a better option then Riot would have no issue with putting both out there because they would be confident people would queue into DQ. The fact that they don't have confident in their new system shows us they know it would not the preferred choice for most players.

lol a toggling option

tnx for making me laugh really hard

like who honestly would opt into playing with/against 4 man's

If this were an option the queue timers would potentially be nearly instantaneous. And some people dont mind it. So them I guess.
