lucian is getting nerfed....
yet when vayne was in his state with a more toxic kit didn't get real nerfs we had to wait a season (i agree with lucian nerfs but riot always shows favoritism)

CreationFlaw2 votesWell considering he beats most mid laners in lane, that's pretty toxic. Also, vayne's kit isn't as toxic, she can't dash through walls and she's short range. I'm getting 100-0'd by The culling with the korean build, and not even all of it is hitting.
