I Need Help With Kindred

I bought Kindred and I want to be sure I'll do well with her item-wise. I looked at http://champion.gg/champion/Kindredand saved a the highest win rate build there. Do you think this is a good build?

First, they are a "Them".

Second, all builds are situational and dependent on team comp and game progression.

Highest win % = Team is ahead and you can farm devour, get stacks, go HAM. Highest frequency % = Good standard build.

Kindred requires good usage of her passive and early game pressure. So if you do use it correctly, you just go an on-hit build. If you don't, and are far behind, go for a more cdr based one with some on hits like wit's end. You want that cdr so you can ult and slow more, allowing you to do max health percentage more, and drop more life-saving ults.
