Leona Changes

This change is a heavy nerf to Leona. Leona never really had an issue with DoT damage champions so sure youre making her even better there but she was already fine against those kind of champions she already shits on some on like in lane and now you're making her do less damage and less tanky.

As someone who does play Leona top on occasion this makes Leona top TERRIBLE more than it already was. I can't blame Riot for not considering Leona top would be effected but Riot does try to make it known that they want to allow off meta picks and making her less tanky and tanking away the passive from her ulti DESTROYS the little ability she had to play top lane.

These changes are an overall nerf to both Leona support and top PLEASE consider not doing these changes no one who plays Leona thinks this "adjustment" is good for her PLEASE listen to the people who play this game and play Leona.
