It's quite evident that....

When poppy rework releases many..many crying 5 year olds will approach the boards for nerf/buffs (depends on situation)

then suddenly she is to weak and gets buffed 2 patches later (in case of nerf) suddenly she is to strong hotfixed instantly following with a chain of buffs and nerf in the next 4 patches like a lot of releases recently the community(including myself) has always and will always be inconsistent

besides that i think the new poppy is great and nice idea by riot to give her a ranged attack to help 1 of her big problems which was her terrible early game
