Meddler has announced that Lucian will be getting some buffs. I feel like Lucian W is hardly used by players. In rare cases, it may be used to proc his passive, and even more rare, it may be used to help land his ult.
It definitely has utility, but players just aren't using it. So might I suggest giving it a small bonus hybrid damage for Lucian auto attacks against marked targets?
That would definitely give players a real reason to use it.
