How viable is no 100% crit boots Jhin?
I usually go

as the core and then some other ad or sustain items like

to cap off the damage output since the passive grants movement speed on crits is this viable?

IE, RPC, Boots 2, PD is enough for 80% crit and leaves you with two slots to build whatever the fuck you want. Dunno why Runaan's, Jhin's waveclear is sufficient with Lotus traps and dancing grenades.
Usually I opt for Mercurial as core and last item purely situational: ER for 100% crit, basically you're getting easy peel or stomping or Maw/Steraks if you're getting focussed. Banshee's is underrated though IMO and GA just got buffed for squishies, both great choices for defense.
runaan's procs his 4th shot i believe and more targets get marked in group fights

I'm sure it does but unless you have strong on-hit effects, it's not worth it. Jhin is an adequate duelist and PD damage reduction is highly recommended because you will be dived. Unless you're teamcomp has 3+ seconds of AoE lockdown, I wouldn't recommend it (especially since bolts priority feels wonky, etc etc)
i usually get it if i need the clear but my main is the #3 option
Runaans has no value on Jhin. You're better off Shiv if you need wave clear as the execute from his passive 4th shot does not work on Runaan's bolts, but the most popular and successful build I have seen is BF/zeal/basic boots into IE/RFC/swifties then getting ER, then Lord Doms or BT then finishing with 1 of the 2 you didn't get. it's worth switching BT for Maw if they have a lot of magic damage as well as taking steraks instead of one of the items if they have like 3 assassins or some annoying crap.
