Lux E needs a buff for waveclear
Like, why do they refuse to just give her E a % bonus damage on minions mechanic? Shes like the only mage that cannot properly waveclear in the game and she has higher CDs than the average too, it restricts her to only being effective in low elo, since waveclear is very important in high elo and picking a mid that cant waveclear quickly without using ult AND isnt an assassin that can snowball a game is kind of troll picking.
Like just look at xerath, same or better range than lux, his Q is on half of her E CD and it can 1 shot almost the full wave at max rank, like lux kind of needs a waveclear buff for her to exist in the game mid lane now.
