I main AP Lucian and think is a totally viable alternative to AD Lucian. The problem is riot never thinks of AP Lucian when balancing AD Lucian.
So Riot, if you are making any changes, please make then in a way that AP Lucian is not affected or at least compensated if anything is lost.
Lucian is a good example of a champ that actually functions different when build in a different manner and I think that is a good thing.

If you want a reason they don't care about AP Lucian, please investigate the AP Ezreal threads from the past 5 years.
