Quinn is pathetically OP

She bursts while having sustained damage, a tool to gank and come back fast to lane, a blind to deny ALL AA retaliant champs. Seems balanced riot.

She's under the radar right now because Graves basically does the same damage as her with autos, abilities, and while being tankier.

She'll probably start getting noticed when Graves gets nerfed harder and people realize how much map presence she has.

She has map presence WHILE being extremely oppressive in lane Graves AA is blocked by minions, and he has to reload.

The problem with Quinn is that she has the same map pressure of champs like panth, Nocturne , Rengar.....without A cd, with an hard cc and a Cc/auto kite ability and the same burst of an assassin but ranged thanks to the possibility to apply 3 times her mark. It's crazy if you think that Rengar's R was nerfed 150-120,70 sec because it was too strong, while reworking quinn, they gives her the same thing ( even with a way to take vision) with 0 cd. Someone explain me the counterplay of a Quinn who comes at 400kh and 2 shot a carry with an hard cc and an knock back.

There is none. People think you only counter her , and you are ok. She will just leave you there in case she can't fight you ( which I seriously think is not a problem to her, because she is ranged. ) and gank other lanes because her ult has nearly 0 CD while giving her a absurd amount of MS.

She doesn't really have an escape, though. Other than her kickoff which could be a death sentence if used poorly.

its basically a dash of 550 range that slows her target. basically if you don't have a gap closer you won't catch up to her.

Nunu can't push lane. So she goes top, push lane, ults, and gank other lanes because you are pretty useless. All other options are extreme counters. Does not say anything about her balance at all

What is is Absolute No Fun on a 60 second cooldown? What is consume on a 5 seconds cd, bam sustain for days. Free smite. What is snowball on a 2.2 second cooldown?
