Well the current Bard changes on the PBE has put my soul to rest :)
He actually looks quite balanced now, and seems like the new De Facto for Support role, his Q is in the perfect spot, I mean he is a support and like at max rank across all abilities 500 to 700 magic damage seems fair, (those meeps though ;) I really like what they did with his Base stats, now Tanky Mobile Bard looks like a great build path and AP seems way more rewarding on him with the new ratio. Still haven't tried him yet and stats and ratios aren't everything, especially with the loaded versatile utility and CC potential this champ has, he looks op as flip! No matter how weak you are... All it takes is the last hit after the main damage dealer on your team does all the work LoL, I just hope they don't do know reverts this time because his weak base stats and ratios were the only thing stopping me from immediately buying him, but now after seeing how he is I really feel like maiming him :'(
