You know those trolls that say stupid teammates cause toxic behavior when they get restrictions?

Don't instantly downvote me, but I just realized a point of view where they may actually be right. I've been having a bad few days, 20% win rate in draft, 10% win rate overall. I just got my second ranked restriction from being way too toxic, and I realized that my last restriction also accompanied a pretty bad loss rate that spanned over 20+ games. That's not a coincidence. People are responsible for their own behavior, but Riot's matchmaking is clearly not adjusting MMR fast enough, which IS helping toxicity.

Increasing the weight of an individual game on your MMR could just exacerbate the problem, more people with an MMR that isn't actually their own would mean more toxicity, even if it wouldn't last nearly as long. I'm curious how you feel about your MMR. How often does it change? Do you think the MMR system could benefit from increasing the weight of individual games, or do you have another suggestion from another thread on this topic?

I feel this way alot, stupid team mates make me cuss at them. However, its not worth it. Take it from me (3- 2 week bans, 200+ chat restriced games and probably a hundred reported against me). All toxic people have to stop eventually, even me. We gotta learn to deal with the fact that people who play this game think they are the best and go in 1v5. We need to deal with the fact that the enemy(or team) is often better(or worse) than us.

I personally don't give a fuck about my MMR, place me in bronze, don't really care. Raging doesn't help anyone so no point in doing it.

or it could be people who just want to give others a hard time

I'm sorry, I'm either not reading well enough, or I saw that you are blaming player behavior on Riots matchmaking.

If that's the case, I call bullshit. If you have as low of a win rate as you say you do, take a fucking break from the game.
