Do you know how deeply dumpstered this champion is? It came to the point where nobody wants him in team cause Master YI has NOTHING. No damage No survivability No cc No utility His kit is like 1/3 of any meta champion kit with 3-4x longer cooldowns. Can this champion get SOMETHING?

He isn't just the come out of the jungle after 15 minutes and nuke the opposing team guy anymore.
Doesn't make him useless though.

º Naddition º1 votesHe isn't meant to one shot. He is meant to find a target, chase and stick to them and shred their hp using multiple auto's and then either continue his killing spree or disengage to reset.
That would be like me trying to go as burst mage using swain. Can it work? Sure, but there are better options for it.
If you want a playstyle that is similar to yi but has burst potential you could try someone like rengar. Hes quick, can one-shot and is melee based. Not exactly the same but its close to what it sounds like you're interested in.

Incognonymous2 votesYi is all steroids. You can literally hit all your buttons, attack + move into a fight, and penta. I mean, he's not the only champ like that, but he's likely the greatest offender, regardless of nerfs. I just can't feel sorry for him.
That doesn't mean there isn't necessarily nuance to the champ, but no, I do not feel sorry for the average player being denied the opportunity to right click their way to a free win.
