I don't know what they're planning on doing to him, but I was thinking if they scrap his whole kit maybe they could maybe make it so he can choose an enemy and set all of that person's abilities on cooldown. As an ultimate, instead of the rewind that doesn't make sense as a mage.

Zil is fine he has a ga ult I don't see the problem. And his q is a skill shot because it stuns now and with that it's easier to stun someone that way then his q not being a skill shot .
