Barron or an inhibitor. There always seems to be a chat fight over this.

Inhibs will apply pressure via super creeps that should allow you to do baron.

Depends on all kinds of factors. Are you ahead kill-wise? Are you roughly even? Are you behind? Is the enemy team wiped or do you risk having to contest it? Is an inhib already down? This isn't a black-and-white game objectives-wise.

Enemy team is taking Barron while you are pushing bottom. You can get there in time to contest, but you can also push the turret and get the inhibitor. The chance of winning the fight at barron is roughly even. Whats the better trade?

What's the composition of the team? Are you full of assassins/split pushers or do you have a decent engage/aoe? If you think that your team is better for teamfights then it is always better to contest baron when the kills are even, because if the enemy team gets it, even with a lost inhib they can wipe you, or take out several objectives with the baron buff.

If you are sure you can get the inhibitor without everyone dying to the respawn, take it, otherwise get Barron. If there is a chance they can steal Barron, go for Dragon instead. If Drake is down go for Buffs. If there are no buffs, do nothing!!

No better way to throw a game than trying to do something you cant do.
