I think the stopwatch rune needs to be removed from the game

Its just too overpowered and now every role is starting to take it in high elo, which makes the early game completely annoying.

You cannot comit to any all in because of it, you cant dive because of it, you can get 2 man dived because of it, basically it forces you to take stopwatch so you can match their stopwatch.

This is just no good for the game, there is a reason zonhyas has been nerfed so many times over years and its still a good item, the active cannot be given for free like that, even if its just once per game, its too powerful.
