Can we agree that the changes to Rift Herald buff currently make it better on Junglers?

Its similar to shiv or echo, except its not aoe so its useless for waveclear, and if the top laner takes the buff it will get wasted on csing, where as the jungler has lots of downtime bewteen camps to charge it up and more uses for single target dps on large camps, plus its great for extra burst on ganks/duels which the jungler does so much more often.

Before the change I would gladly pass the buff to top or mid but now I ask them to give to me because its better on jg but they still think its better for them and steal it and its pissing me the feck off....

There is 1 possible exception and that is ranged champs dealing half the damage, but I still think its more effective from the jungle role bar none.

The only real exception would be changing it to not discharge on minions thus preventing it from being wasted on solo laners.

Until then, its a Jungler buff, please let them have it if they want it.
