Can we exclude the Free Week champions from ARAM?

Or at least make it so 90% of your "random" champions are actually random. I realise that with everyone "owning" the same 14 or so champions would make getting them more likely, but I feel like the match maker gives you a champion based off EVERYONES pool, but then checks to see if you own it, because it seems incredibly unlikely to me that out of the 100 or so champions I own, I get given Illaoi 4 times in 2 days (especially considering I don't even properly own her). It's not just me I don't think either, I'm seeing the same champions super consistently on the enemy team (Blitz, Katarina, Rumble, MF Illaoi)

The problems with that is that then people with tailor-made ARAM accounts (I can't believe this is even a thing, but it is) would always 100% get their ARAM OP champs. Right now there's always the chance that they'll get a random weak champ from the free rotation.

Yeah i keep getting the same champs multiple tines like how do i get a champ 3 times in 5 matches?
